As a psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents, and children for many years, I view my traditional training and experience in the field of psychology as the foundation upon which all effective clinical work is built.  Throughout the years, as the field of psychology has grown, I have felt it important to stay abreast of current research findings and to continue my professional development through postgraduate studies in standard, adjunct, and progressive therapeutic techniques.  In working with individuals and families I focus on the specific needs and unique strengths each presents and utilize the most appropriate therapeutic tools based on the personal goals of each client.

I am guided by the philosophy that all individuals have the intrinsic desire for growth and balance.  I work in partnership with my clients to develop treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic interventions to help them reach their desired outcomes.   Modalities I may integrate in working with clients include Mindfulness, Cognitive Therapies, Behavioral Therapy, Interface Therapy, Play Therapy, Hypnotherapy,  and Experiential Therapies.
